Jordan Andrews
Jordan joined the Longmores team as a trainee solicitor in 2023, providing support to various departments across the firm. He is working with the Company Commercial team as part of his two-year training course.
With a keen appetite to help others to resolve any concerns they may be dealing with, Jordan takes a considerate approach to establish exactly what can be done to find an efficient resolution.
Whilst working in the Company Commercial team, Jordan assists with a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, corporate agreements and commercial contracts. His work supports businesses at all stages of their development, from start-ups to established national companies.
During his training contract, Jordan has advised clients on a wide range of issues across Longmores’ commercial departments, developing a solid foundation in the legal challenges that businesses encounter. In the Employment team, he advised both employers and individuals on aspects of workplace disputes and employment tribunal proceedings, as well as the negotiation and drafting of contracts of employment and settlement agreements. Jordan then joined the Dispute Resolution team, assisting with complex matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract claims, and data protection issues. Jordan will soon be moving to the Commercial Property team to finally broaden his expertise in property related matters of business transactions. This cross-department experience enables Jordan to approach commercial clients’ issues with a well-rounded perspective that he brings to every matter he works on.

Personal interests
Outside of work, Jordan is a keen tennis fan, and continues to improve his trilingual skills by speaking French and Spanish. Naturally, his skills with other languages mean that he is also a keen traveller, but when he’s not globetrotting, he also enjoys reading and spending quality time with his friends and family.
