Neil joined the Longmores team as a Senior Consultant Solicitor in 2025. A highly experienced solicitor, Neil has over 25 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of corporate, banking and finance matters, including:

Career

Since qualifying as an in-house solicitor with Northern Rock, Neil has since gone on to build a career spanning the full spectrum of corporate and finance matters, working for several national and regional law firms along the way. During his career, Neil has focused solely on corporate, banking and finance matters, developing his expertise in various roles, right the way up to acting as an equity partner.

Having moved away from working in-house, Neil is currently working on a consultancy basis.

Personal interests

Outside of work, Neil spends much of his spare time touring on his motorcycle around the UK and Europe, even getting to share his love of two wheels with his two sons, who often join him on road trips.

He also regularly takes part in various charity bike rides throughout the year, raising money for several charities.
