Longmores are holding a free seminar on powers of attorney, care home fees and inheritance.  If you are concerned about your retirement years and want to keep your assets “in the family” this seminar will be of interest to you.

Richard Horwood, Partner and Head of our Private Client department, will be hosting the seminar along with his team of experienced solicitors.  They will cover: protecting your estate from care fees and inheritance tax, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and powers of attorney.  There will be time for questions followed by a light sandwich lunch.
