We have recently launched our new quarterly Commercial Newsletter.

Rina Sond writes about GDPR transitional arrangements under the terms of the post-Brexit trade deal and Richard Gvero talks about a recent case when an employee claimed unfair dismissal for refusing to wear a face mask at work.
