Sarah Phasey
Sarah joined the Longmores team as a Conveyancing Executive in May 2025. She has experience working across a wide range of conveyancing matters, including:
- Buying and Selling freehold and leasehold properties
- Buy-to-Let, for both individuals and companies
- Remortgage
- Shared Ownership
- Transfer of Equity
- New build sales
Sarah regularly works with a variety of clients and has experience in all aspects of conveyancing law, including the sale and purchase of both freeholds and leaseholds.
Sarah works closely with her clients in the property sector and takes pride in providing clear communication with both clients and agents throughout their transactions. She enjoys supporting clients through the purchase and sale of their homes and helping them through to completion.
Career
Sarah worked her way up from being a legal secretary at 18 years old, to spending eight years working as a legal assistant and then as a paralegal at a separate firm. She has recently joined Longmores Solicitors as a conveyancing executive and is currently working on completing her CILEX accreditation.
Sarah is also a member of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) – the recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Sarah spends her spare time with family and enjoys running and going for walks with her Cocker Spaniel.
