Macey Calvert
Macey provides dedicated support to fee earners in the family team across all stages of their work. Her role is varied and fast-paced, requiring a calm, organised approach and a strong eye for detail, qualities she brings to everything she does.
Working closely with the team day-to-day, Macey plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly. She has a natural ability to stay organised and prioritise effectively, managing competing demands with ease. Whether preparing court bundles, coordinating diaries or supporting billing processes, she approaches each task with care and precision. Her proactive mindset means she is often one step ahead, anticipating what is needed and providing reliable support to the team.
Family law can be a particularly sensitive area, and Macey understands the importance of being both efficient and empathetic. She approaches her work with care and professionalism, helping to create a supportive and well-organised environment for colleagues and clients alike. Career
Macey completed her CILEx Diploma for Legal Secretaries in 2021 before joining Longmores in July of that year as a Legal Secretary. This role gave her broad exposure to different departments and a strong foundation in legal administrative support.
In September 2023, she moved into her current role within the Family Law team, where she has continued to develop her skills in a more specialised area. Alongside her core role, she is part of the firm’s “Super Users” group, supporting colleagues with internal systems and testing new software to help improve day-to-day working practices.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Macey enjoys staying active through reformer Pilates and regular gym sessions. She also enjoys baking, often trying out new recipes, and spending quality time with family and friends.
