Kerrie has over 16 years of post-qualified family law experience and a legal career that has spanned three decades. She works across all areas of family law, with a particular focus on financial matters and arrangements for children during divorce and separation.
Kerrie balances a compassionate approach with a belief in being honest and forthright with her clients. This means clients can be confident that Kerrie will always tell them the truth, even if it’s not necessarily what they want to hear, but also that she will be there to hold their hand and show them the light at the end of the tunnel.
With her depth of experience, including time practising in central London, Kerrie is ideally suited to the complex cases that she deals with.
Kerrie loves interacting with clients and helping people, resulting in a reputation for providing excellent service and advice to her clients, no matter what challenges life has thrown at them.
Kerrie started her legal career as a Legal Assistant in 1992, becoming a trainee Legal Executive in 1997 and qualifying in 2002. She became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives in 2004 later going on to qualify as a Solicitor.
Her career has involved many years working in London for well known niche firms, handling high value, complex family law matters for a wide range of clients.
Kerrie joined Longmores in 2018 from a highly regarded west end law firm. She brings with her extensive experience working on high value, complex family law matters, as well as a strong focus on offering a tailored, personal approach for local clients.
Kerrie’s expertise covers all aspects of private family law including:

- Children cases
- Relocation of children (both within the UK and internationally)

Outside of work, Kerrie’s main focus is her family and her puppy, Bagel. She is a big fan of cooking (and eating) and also running and bootcamps (which helps balance out the cooking and eating!).
