Chloe plays an important role supporting the head of team and maintaining an oversight of the many moving parts involved in commercial property transactions. She enjoys the level of ownership her role offers and brings a proactive, organised approach to everything she does, with an easy confidence in managing busy workloads and shifting priorities.

Her role is varied, from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to preparing documents, handling correspondence and supporting transactions through to completion and beyond.

Chloe is particularly skilled at keeping multiple priorities moving forward at the same time, staying calm under pressure and ensuring everything stays on track. She takes pride in anticipating what is needed next, often stepping in before being asked. This proactive approach helps keep things running efficiently and allows the lawyers to focus their time and attention on their clients.

Career

Chloe joined Longmores in 2023, and is building her career in the Commercial Property team. Since then, she has developed a strong understanding of commercial property processes and a reputation for providing consistent, high-quality support.

She values the friendly, sociable atmosphere at Longmores and the strong sense of teamwork, where colleagues are approachable and supportive.

Chloe studied at Regent’s University London, where she completed a Diploma course with the Institute of Legal Secretaries & Pas between 2018 and 2019.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. She has a particular love for Hawaii and regularly visits family in Brisbane, Australia. Her favourite band is Fleetwood Mac, whose music she has always enjoyed.
