Aimee Bebb
Aimee is a Trust Administrator at Longmores. Her role involves advising trustees and beneficiaries on the general day-to-day management of Trusts, including compliance issues and Tax Returns.
Regularly working with individuals from a diverse variety of backgrounds, including those with agricultural and high-value assets, Aimee enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her clients. Working closely with Trust Manager Paulette Jones, Aimee takes a consistent approach to working with each client, building a strong routine to ensure she understands what they are looking to achieve, what their individual circumstances involve and what steps she needs to take to deliver the best possible service.
The nature of the role means that no two cases are ever the same, which is exactly what Aimee enjoys. As someone with a keen eye for detail, she enjoys working on every aspect of administering a trust, including handling numbers and figures.
Expertise
Aimee’s experience and expertise in trust administration sees her regularly handle matters such as:
- Day to day administration of trusts
- Liaising with Financial Advisers with regard to the investments of the trusts
- Completion of Annual Trust Accounts, Trust and Estate Tax Returns and online submission of the returns directly to HM Revenue & Customs and payment of tax due
- Completion of further HMRC paperwork where required
Dealing with the compliance issues involved with trusts such as:
- Registration with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service
- Complying with financial regulations such as FATCA and MiFID II on behalf of the trustees
Career and Qualifications
Aimee joined the Private Client team at Longmores in 2023 and has since gone on to become an extremely valued member of the firm. Alongside her role, she is also studying for the CILEX Professional Qualification (CPQ), which she is due to complete in January 2027.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Aimee spends her time keeping fit, including training for and taking part in various half-marathons and trying to fit in as many holidays as possible.
