Wills for Business Owners

  • This event has passed.

About the event

All business owners need to think about their Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans. At the same time, it is important that business owners have given consideration to how their Will relates to such plans. Thoughts also need to turn to how business assets are handed over and who will be responsible for sorting out such issues.

During this event, Richard Horwood and Alastair Liddiard will talk about the options business owners have when preparing their Will.  They will cover Business Property Relief (BPR), shareholders’ agreements, the use of trusts, and inheritance tax planning.

Before the presentation there will be breakfast and networking with a chance to meet the speakers.  After the presentation there will be time for questions.
