Stephanie Wright
Stephanie helps to keep the firm’s people processes running smoothly and consistently. She brings a proactive, organised approach to her work and is confident managing busy workloads and shifting priorities. She plays an important role in the smooth running of people processes, with a focus on consistency, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive working environment.
Her role is varied and people focused. She manages absence reporting and internal cover, responds to day-to-day HR queries, and is often a first point of contact for colleagues needing to find the right information. She also maintains and updates information on firm benefits and internal policies, ensuring everything is clear and accessible, while tracking HR reporting by tracking key people data.
Stephanie is known for her approachable, supportive manner and positive outlook. She enjoys working with people and takes pride in being someone colleagues feel comfortable turning to. Her organised, proactive approach helps keep things running smoothly, ensuring support is practical, thoughtful and responsive.
Career
Before joining Longmores, Stephanie worked in a range of support roles across different sectors, including the performance arts industry, where she supported students with additional needs, as well as roles within architecture and construction firms in London.
Stephanie then joined Longmores in 2022, initially working on reception before moving into a Senior Facilities Assistant role. During this time, she gained valuable experience across operations, which gave her a strong understanding of how the firm works day to day. She later transitioned into HR, building on this foundation and developing her expertise in people-focused support.
She is in the process of completing her CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management, to strengthen both her practical and theoretical understanding of HR.
Community
Stephanie is actively involved in firm life beyond her core role. She is a member of the ESG and social committees and plays a leading role in organising wellbeing initiatives. This includes coordinating activities such as wellness workshops, practitioner sessions and firm-wide events focused on health and wellbeing.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys keeping active, regularly attending gym classes such as reformer Pilates and Zumba. She has a strong interest in fashion and interiors, and values time spent outdoors, particularly long walks with a chai latte in hand. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
