Sara Moore

Paralegal in Private Client

Sara supports partners and solicitors across a range of matters. She plays an important role in keeping work progressing smoothly, while offering a consistent and reassuring presence for clients at every stage.

Her work is varied and client-focused, but it is her approach that really stands out. Sara combines strong organisational skills with a warm, personable manner, allowing her to build rapport quickly and help clients feel comfortable from the outset.

She is confident in guiding conversations, taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances and ensuring information is gathered clearly and sensitively. This is particularly important in her work with older and more vulnerable clients, where trust and clarity are key.

With experience across different teams within the firm, Sara brings a well-rounded understanding of legal processes and how best to support both colleagues and clients. She is dependable and efficient, with a calm and practical approach that helps her manage a busy workload while maintaining a high standard of service.

She particularly enjoys the client-facing aspect of her role and the opportunity to make a genuine difference. Having started her career in secretarial positions, she values the greater responsibility and autonomy that comes with being a paralegal, as well as the variety the role brings.

Career

Sara has a broad legal background across both public and private sector roles. She previously worked at Hertfordshire County Council as a Support Officer within the legal department, assisting with care proceedings, and later at a criminal defence firm in Holborn as a Paralegal PA.

She joined Longmores in 2021 as a Legal Secretary in the Family team, before moving to the Private Client team and progressing to her current Paralegal role.

The Private Client team has been consistently ranked in The Legal 500 for many years.

Community

Sara is part of the firm’s social committee, helping to organise a range of events that bring colleagues together. These have included theatre trips, outdoor activities like Go Ape, and group dog walks.

She enjoys being involved in creating opportunities for colleagues to connect outside of work and values the friendly, inclusive atmosphere at Longmores.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys reformer Pilates and keeping active, as well as making the most of opportunities to travel. Greece is a particular favourite, and she also loves the energy and atmosphere of music festivals, especially when spending time with friends.
