Rebecca Bushell
As Practice Manager at Longmores, Rebecca manages the Operations team, overseeing all non-legal aspects of the firm, including human resources, compliance, accreditations, premises and information technology. Rebecca takes every measure to make sure every member of staff at Longmores has exactly what they need to deliver the highest standard of work for our clients.
Rebecca plays a critical, multi-faceted role to ensure that all of Longmores’ operations run as smoothly as possible. As the operational backbone of the firm, Rebecca spends her time managing a diverse range of issues at Longmores, with the goal of helping the firm continuously grow and develop.

Career
Since joining Longmores in 2015, Rebecca has had several roles at the firm, allowing her to broaden and develop her skills and experience. The nature of her role means that Rebecca is an extremely good listener and problem solver, always having to think quickly on her feet to resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. No two days are ever the same.
Rebecca is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
This highlights her expertise and proficiency in handling even the most complex issues and reflects her commitment to fostering a professional environment and workplace culture that values every team member’s contribution and supports progression.
Personal Interests
Rebecca has two young children, so as many parents can sympathise, spending much of her time outside of work with them means that her plate is often very full
