Louise Beaumont
Louise is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in residential conveyancing.
With over a decade of residential property experience, Louise is able to help clients with all types of conveyancing matters, providing a swift, efficient and friendly service with a strong emphasis on good communication.
Louise believes in treating each client individually, adjusting her approach to their needs and expectations. She recognises that people have different levels of experience with property matters and will always be happy to answer questions in plain English, so clients know exactly what to expect and what needs to happen at every stage of a transaction.
Career
Louise began her legal career at Longmores, training with us and being admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2008.
She has worked in the Residential Property team ever since and is highly valued for her problem solving, can-do attitude and excellent interaction with clients.

Personal interests
Louise has an 11-year old son and a little dog called Milo who take up most of her time and energy, but she also enjoys cycling and Pilates when she gets the chance.
