Hayley Espostio

Hayley is often one of the first people clients meet or speak to when they contact Longmores. As Senior Receptionist, she makes sure everyone receives a warm welcome, whether they are calling the firm or arriving for a meeting. Easy to talk to, she helps clients feel comfortable explaining what they need and prides herself on getting them to the right person to help.

Sociable and approachable, Hayley knows just about everyone across the firm and enjoys being at the heart of life at Longmores. That familiarity helps her connect clients with the right people. She understands that people come to us for very different reasons, from those who may be feeling anxious or upset to those excited about a new venture, and welcomes each client with care and understanding.

It is often the little things that Hayley enjoys most about her role. Whether she is helping a client feel at ease, choosing the Christmas tree for reception each year or making party favours for a firm event, she loves doing things that make a difference to people’s day.

Career

Hayley joined Longmores in 2014 as the firm’s Archivist before moving into reception around a year later. She quickly found that the role was a natural fit and has loved being part of the reception team ever since.

Community

Beyond her day-to-day role, Hayley is a longstanding member of Longmores’ Social Committee and has organised almost all of the firm’s Christmas and Summer Parties over the past 10 years. It is something she is particularly passionate about, and she loves seeing the people who make Longmores special come together and enjoy themselves.

Personal interests

Outside work, Hayley loves spending time with her son, particularly visiting animals and getting creative with arts and crafts. She enjoys being outdoors and walking whatever the weather, as well as fashion, especially colourful pieces and finding the perfect accessories to match.
