Emma Rejniak
Emma works closely with senior management to support the firm in meeting its regulatory and professional obligations. Her role sits at the heart of the firm’s governance framework, and she brings a calm, structured and thoughtful approach to an area where accuracy and consistency are essential.
She has a natural aptitude for managing detailed, process-driven work, taking ownership of key processes and ensuring compliance requirements are progressed promptly and correctly. Her role includes keeping SRA and Law Society records up to date, managing lender panel information, and maintaining compliance databases and reporting spreadsheets, all of which require close attention to detail and careful record keeping.
Her inquisitive mindset means she looks beyond the task at hand to understand the bigger picture, helping her stay on top of evolving regulations and maintain high standards across the firm.
Emma is particularly good at balancing day-to-day responsibilities with more complex, time-sensitive work, such as accreditations and ongoing compliance reporting. She works closely with colleagues across the firm, offering clear and practical support that helps make compliance feel straightforward and well organised.
Career
Emma joined Longmores after completing her A-levels locally in Hoddesdon and has built her career within the firm over the past nine years. During this time, she has developed a strong understanding of legal compliance and operations, growing into a role where she plays a key role in helping teams follow consistent compliance processes.
Community
Emma is a member of the firm’s ESG committee, with a focus on governance. As part of this, she has contributed to the development of an ESG risk register, helping to strengthen a structured and forward-looking approach to responsible business practices.
Emma is also a trained Fire Marshal.
