About the event
Bringing together an expert in corporate law with an expert in corporate finance, during this event they will explain the process you need to follow to obtain investment in your business and what that investment typically looks like.
Adrian Howells, Director – Corporate Finance at Quantuma Advisory Limited, will start by explaining where and how you find investors, what investors are looking for and what they expect in return.
Michael Budd, Partner and Head of Company Commercial at Longmores Solicitors, will then talk through the process of preparing for an investment, what the investor will expect, what the documentation will look like and some of the mistakes to avoid.
After the presentation there will be a Q&A when delegates are invited to ask their questions. You can also submit a question in advance when booking your place.
