The Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme has been extended again as part of the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s March Budget and some businesses are just starting to feel the effects of Brexit. Whilst the furlough extension offers welcome assistance, the difficult trading environment may be forcing you to think about redundancies and letting staff go so there has never been a more challenging time for employers.
Richard Gvero and Miranda Mulligan will outline the options employers should consider. They will cover what you need to know about the latest extension to the furlough scheme, how to manage staff through restructures and redundancies, as well as looking at the alternatives to redundancy.
