This event is a buffet breakfast and networking followed by a presentation from our guest speaker, Erika Eliasson-Norris, CEO of a specialist governance consultancy.

About the speaker
Erika Eliasson-Norris is CEO of Beyond Governance, a specialist consultancy that helps organisations understand why things go wrong at the top and how to get leadership and decision-making right as businesses grow.
She works with boards and senior leaders navigating growth, complexity, and high-stakes decisions, and is appointed by the UK Government to provide independent advice to the Chair of the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry on governance and decision-making. Erika is known for her ability to get to the root cause of the issues that hold organisations back, helping leaders see beyond surface problems and unlock the next stage of growth. She has applied the same principles in her own consultancy, growing the business over seven years with triple-digit year-on-year growth. She is also an international speaker and host of the podcast “Grit in the Boardroom” where she interviews directors and global leaders about navigating complex business situations and what it takes to reach the top.
