About

We are exhibiting at The Autism Show at London ExCel on 9 and 10 June 2023.

Our solicitors, Charles Fraser and Victoria Wood, are experts in advising clients with additional needs such as autism.  They can help the parents and carers of children with autism (both minors and “adult children”) and can work directly with a client who has autism.

Children with autism are unlikely to live independently when they reach adulthood and will probably require a level of support throughout their lives.  As benefits are usually means-tested it is critical that parents do not leave a pot of money to their children as they risk losing their benefits and the support that comes with them.  The impact of losing these benefits can be significant as the adult with autism may not have the mental capacity to manage the money or organise the care they need.

Trusts are the solution to this problem.

Our highly qualified solicitors will be able to talk to you about your concerns and tailor their advice to your needs which may also include wills, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications. We aim to give you peace of mind and security for your children to protect their future.

Come and talk to us at the show and we can help you take the first steps towards that future.
