About the show

We are exhibiting at The Autism Show at London ExCel on 14 and 15 June 2024.

For the second year running our solicitors will be on hand to answer your questions about protecting their future inheritance with trusts and wills.

Children with autism are unlikely to live independently when they reach adulthood and will probably require a level of support throughout their lives.  As benefits are usually means-tested it is critical that parents do not leave a pot of money to their children as they risk losing their benefits and the support that comes with them.  The impact of losing these benefits can be significant as the adult with autism may not have the mental capacity to manage the money or organise the care they need.

Solicitors Charles Fraser and Victoria Wood are experts in advising clients with additional needs such as autism.  They help the parents and carers of children with autism (both minors and “adult children”) and can work directly with a client who has autism.  By listening to your concerns they will tailor advice to your needs to give you peace of mind that their future inheritance is protected.

Opening times
Friday 14 June: 9:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday 15 June: 10:00am – 4:00pm
