Zoe Loo

Zoe joined Longmores team on a permanent basis in 2022, specialising in corporate and commercial matters. Zoe supports the wider team taking a hands-on approach across a variety of matters such as corporate transactions, group restructures, commercial and business contracts, terms and conditions, data protection, GDPR advice, share buy backs and share transfers.

Career

Zoe qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after successfully passing her Qualified Lawyer Transfer Scheme in her first sitting. Prior to relocating to the UK, she was a lawyer in Malaysia specialising in both conveyancing and family law. Zoe also spent three and a half years in Singapore, working with a family law firm.

Zoe holds a Master in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and has also a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the West of England.

Community

During her time in Bristol, Zoe volunteered to be a Legal Advisor with the Community Legal Advice and Representative Service working on family, landlord and tenant issues to provide legal advice and representation to those lacking the resources to hire a lawyer and ineligible for Legal Aid.

Personal Interests

In her spare time, Zoe enjoys travelling, spending time with her pets, and being outdoors. She has recently welcomed a new puppy into her life, which takes up the majority of her spare time. She is also passionate about making her own candles.

Zoe is also fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin.
