Donna joined the Longmores team as a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2025, having already amassed considerable experience in acting for both recipients and borrowers on a diverse range of issues, including:

Donna also has notable proficiency in handling grants of leases for landlords and navigating property finance matters.

Using her combination of experience and specialist expertise, Donna’s strengths lie in her ability to carefully tailor her advice to suit the circumstances and needs of all her clients. Whether it means offering hands-on or hands-off support, she is always mindful to take an empathetic approach to every case and to provide truly bespoke support which guides clients towards the right solution.

As a part of her role, Donna works closely with Longmores Partner and Head of Commercial Property Rachael Spalton and Commercial Property Solicitor Annette Monthy.

Career

Donna qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has since gone on to develop and hone her experience in various roles within the property field, including working as a partner at a regional firm and running her own practice.

Her expertise is also reflected in her Law Society membership.

Personal interests

In her spare time and outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time travelling with her family, cooking, and generally keeping fit and active.
