Christopher Simpson

Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property

Christopher joined the Longmores team as a commercial property solicitor in 2023, supporting clients on a wide range of matters, from those which are relatively straightforward, through to the more complex.

Delivering clear, straightforward advice without unnecessary legal jargon, Christopher supports business owners, property investors and landowners from all backgrounds and commercial industries on issues such as:

  • Leases
  • Sales and purchases
  • Option agreements
  • Promotion agreements
  • Overage
  • Commercial property financing
  • Investment property

As a part of his role, Christopher works closely with Partner and Head of Commercial Property Rachael Spalton and Partner Victoria Sandberg.

Christopher graduated from the University of Kent with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2013. He went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2016, during which he conducted pro bono work, acting as a student adviser for housing, working with a supervising solicitor to draft letters of advice.

After receiving a commendation from BPP, he then transitioned into working as a paralegal in a London firm’s residential property department.

Following this, he worked as a trainee solicitor in various legal disciplines and later qualified as a solicitor specialising in commercial property matters in 2021.

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Christopher enjoys practicing various martial arts, and has his hands full looking after his three dogs – a Pomeranian, Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute (in size order).
