Agata Marosz

Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property

Agata works within our Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property Team where she serves a wide range of clients, including commercial landlords and business tenants across Hertfordshire and the surrounding area. She also acts for larger clients, including a major healthcare provider with tenanted properties all across the UK.

Agata loves talking to clients, getting to know them and their wider needs beyond the immediate matter they require assistance with. Not only does this make her job more enjoyable, it also means Agata can provide a better service to her clients, making sure the solutions she offers work for their overall business goals.

Of Polish origin, Agata speaks both English and Polish fluently. She also speaks Spanish and has a good command of German.


Having gained double honours in Spanish and German at university, Agata began her legal studies with the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2009. In 2011, she found her first job in the legal sector as a Paralegal, before moving on to become a Trainee Solicitor in 2014.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, Agata took a job in the Real Estate team of a leading Kent law firm gaining a wide range of commercial property experience dealing with matters including commercial leases, property acquisitions and disposals. Her clients included property companies, government occupiers, housing associations and private individuals.

She also acted for companies investing in the retail sector across the UK and Europe, mainly in the areas of property management and landlord/tenant transactions.

Agata joined Longmores in 2017, quickly becoming a highly valued member of the team by both clients and colleagues. She has earned a reputation for open, honest communication, underpinned by an excellent practical knowledge of the day-to-day realities of dealing with commercial property for a wide range of different clients.

Outside of work, Agata loves Latin American dancing, reading and swimming.
